This three part event will test your strength like never before! All participants will be required to participate in all three events: Bench Press, Dead Lift, and Rowing. Each contestant will be weighed and their body weight used to set the weight of the bar for the first two events with each rep that is made in good form being counted. The rowing event will be for 8 minutes and the length achieved will be added to the score of the first two events.
Awards will be given to highest male and female scores.
First forty participants will receive a shirt.
Pre-registration will take place at the ROB Fitness Center Feb. 11-22 and on the day of the event, Feb. 23, starting at 8 a.m. with event beginning at 9 a.m.
