SKIESUnlimited now offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for youth ages 5-13! Youth can take part in this interactive class teaching participants valuable, life changing self-confidence through non-violent, gentle, self-defense.

Different levels offered:

Little Grapplers, ages 5-7

The Little Grapplers program is designed to teach basic self-defense techniques while instilling the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu foundational principles of leverage and control. The secret is that we make the lessons so fun, that your children will never want to leave! Once they master all of the games, they will be eligible to move up to the Bully Busters program.

Bully Busters, 8-13

The Bully Busters program focuses on a set curriculum of non-violent, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu based, self-defense techniques that teach children to “neutralize and negotiate” with bullies. Verbal Assertiveness, and fight avoidance strategies are a major part of the program. Children need absolutely no experience to start and you can count on seeing a visible increase in your child’s confidence within a few short weeks!
