Starting October 1, 2017 registration for the UTAP program will be by appointment only and will take place at the Rhine Ordnance Barracks VAT office. You will no longer be able to register for UTAP at the Kleber or Landstuhl VAT office.
Customers can make an appointment by going to the UTAP page and clicking on the WebTrac link: https://webtrac.mwr.army.mil.
You will need to create an account to include a username and password. Once that has been completed, you can then make an appointment to register for UTAP. These appointments will take place at the Rhine Ordnance Barracks VAT Office, Bldg. 162, first floor, Monday thru Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
