Massage and Yoga Studio offers massage and reflexology services to improve your well-being. Massage and reflexology are offered at the studio, Bldg. 2899 on Pulaski Barracks, Sembach Fitness Center, Bldg. 105 on Sembach Kaserne, and Landstuhl Fitness Center, Bldg. 3720/3722, on Landstuhl Post.
Gift cards are available at Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 2905 on Pulaski Barracks, with operating hours from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Types of massages are medical, Swedish, sports and more.
Prices for massages are $40 for half-an-hour and $60 per hour.
Prices for reflexology are $60 for classical feet, advanced facial $75, and face, hands and feet $90.
