Massage Services are provided by appointment only; furthermore, all Massage Services require a scheduled appointment and a verbal confirmation will be provided by our staff.

Come relax and have your tensions addressed with the Massage and Yoga Studio! We want to pamper you with a variety of services to suit your needs! 

Relax with one of the following massages: Prenatal, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, or Oncology. Our massage therapist will help you to reduce stress, manage pain, and increase strength.

Massage and Yoga Studio is located next to Outdoor Recreation, Pulaski Barracks, Bldg. 2899.

 

 

Massage Services Offered

Come relax and have your tensions addressed with the Massage and Yoga Studio! We want to pamper you with a variety of services to suit your needs!

Swedish Massage 

A full body massage utilizing a variety of techniques with varied pressure based upon client's needs. Notable for its rejuvenating effects, Swedish massage serves to promote circulation while stimulating the central nervous and muscular and skeletal system.

Deep Tissue Massage

Focused on addressing specific muscular groups and joints or, as a full-body intensive treatment, this massage uses firm pressure to target or prevent repetitive strain and injury by releasing areas of pain and tension.

Sports Massage

Combining massage techniques performed on athletes or active individuals for the purpose of aiding recovery and preventing injury. Sports massage also includes joint mobilization and assisted stretching to increase flexibility and strength.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on circulatory work to address the needs and discomforts of pregnancy. A gentle, nurturing massage can target specific areas of pain and tension, or can be applied as a full-body massage. This specific massage technique often includes reflexology.

Cost

1 hour: $55

1/2 hour: $40

Yoga Classes

The overall benefit of being active and fit is a quality of life improvement, allowing you the capability to be able to do things you enjoy for longer periods of time. Learn what it takes to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus by participating in one of our Yoga Group Fitness classes taught by a certified instructor.

Stretch the whole body and soothe the mind and body systems by participating in one of our various levels of yoga classes offered at the Massage and Yoga Studio. You'll leave feeling centered and balanced.

Pregnancy/Beginner Yoga

This class will contain gentler poses at a slower pace and incorporate modifications to include all trimesters of pregnancy.

Vinyasa Yoga

Flow through yoga postures to energize the body and experience the physical benefits of yoga as well as relaxation techniques to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body.

Mixed Level Yoga

Just starting or have experience, this class will meet your expectations as modifications are made throughout the class.

Chakra Yoga

A class of inner balance, catered around the seven chakras. Introductory classes are offered to help new students learn this form of yoga.

Cost

Individual classes and books of 10 can be purchased next door at Army Outdoor Recreation, Pulaski Barracks, Bldg. 2905.

  • $5 per class
  • $40 for a 10 class package

Registration

Walk-ins are welcomed; however, pre-registration can be done at any USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Family and MWR Sports and Fitness Center.
