King's Day in Amsterdam

Celebrate King's Day in Amsterdam!

#
Note: This event has already passed.

With no set schedule or tour guide to follow, you are free to explore the notorious Red Light District, see the historic Anne Frank House, or view world famous artwork in  the Rijksmuseum, but whatever you choose to do, make sure to plan ahead for the most massive street, bridge, square and canal party to hit Amsterdam all year.  King's Day is an annual celebration on April 27th when parties, street markets, music stages and other events will be taking place from the Red Light District to the Rijksmuseum.  Known far and wide for being one of the largest events in the Netherlands, you will be sure to find the celebration that fits your style.  Just don't forget to wear something orange!

When you take a guided tour of Amsterdam, you lose out on the choices available to you in this vibrant city. But when you download a free digital travel guidebook from Army Libraries, you have your tour guide at your fingertips and can choose where to go and what to see.
