Friday: London

After an early morning ferry crossing of the English Channel you will find yourself in the heart of the City of London.  After you meet your local guide, a city sightseeing tour will highlight the city’s most famous landmarks, familiarizing you with places like Buckingham Palace, The Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.  After free time and lunch, you will check in to your four star hotel before enjoying the rest of the evening however you wish.

Saturday: Free Day or Stonehenge and Windsor Castle*

Today, you will have the opportunity to visit one of the worlds oldest and most mysterious monuments, Stonehenge. Steeped in myth and legend, this pre-historic monument is believed to be over 4000 years old and is featured in the ancient British folklore and the Arthurian legends.  Your excursion continues to Windsor Castle in the afternoon.  Originally built by William the Conqueror, Windsor Castle was the preferred weekend residence of Queen Elizabeth herself.  Whether you choose to spend your day in London, or join us on this optional excursion*, your day will be full of British charm.

Sunday: Free Day

Today is another day to spend however you wish.  You can continue to immerse yourself in the world of the royals at the Tower of London or Buckingham Palace, or visit the British Museum, the National Gallery, Victoria and Albert’s, or Madame Tussauds. Don’t forget to snap that perfect panorama picture of Big Ben from the top of the London Eye, visit the original Hard Rock Café and get a picture crossing Abbey Road with 3 friends.  A full free day even grants you enough time to even venture to famous destinations such as Oxford, Stratford upon Avon or the popular Harry Potter Studios.
