Sembach Fitness Center

Monday - Friday: 5:30 am - 8:00 pm

Weekend Hours of Operation: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Training Holiday Hours of Operation: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

U.S. Federal Holiday Hours of Operation: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

The Miesau Fitness Center is open by appointment only for units on Miesau.
