Desiree Burch headlines the Thursday Comedy Show April 23 from 8 to 10 p.m. The Armstrong’s Club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. Feature Comedian is David Gamble Jr. Host is local comedian Erin Crouch. Doors open at 7 p.m.

·       This is an 18+ event.

·       Tickets are $10 at the door. 

·       Hideaway Bistro & Grill will be open until 9 p.m.

·       Payment can be made with credit and debit cards or U.S dollars. Euros are not accepted.

Customers can reserve seating for $7 a person when they call 541-9115 or 0611-143-541-9115 Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Armstrong’s Club will be serving up your favorite drinks, and Hideaway is open until 9 p.m. for pizza, salads and more, ensuring that your evening is as enjoyable as it is hilarious. You can take your food to the comedy show area.

Headliner: Desiree Burch

Desiree Burch is an American comedian, writer, solo performer and voice actor based in London. She has performed stand-up at the Edinburgh Fringe, Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Montreal Just for Laughs to wide critical acclaim. Credits include: Taskmaster, The Horne Section TV Show, The Last Leg (Channel 4), Live at the Apollo, QI, Have I Got News For You, Live from the BBC (BBC), A Castle For Christmas, The Sandman, Master of None (Netflix), Backstage with Katherine Ryan, Desiree Burch: Live at Soho Theatre (Amazon), The News Quiz, The Now Show, Just a Minute, You’re Dead to Me (Radio 4) Desiree is most universally known as the voice of Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle. She is currently on tour with her newest stand-up hour The Golden Wrath.

Feature: David Gamble Jr.

David Gamble Jr. has a decade of stand-up comedy experience. He has opened for top headliners including Kevin Farley, Taylor Tomlinson, and Chaunté Wayans and was once invited to perform for the First Lady and Governor of Nevada. An attorney by training, Gamble worked as a Washoe County public defender.  His career has encapsulated both government and non-profit sectors including roles as staff attorney for both the Social Security Administration in Washington DC and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges in Reno. He lives in the Netherlands with his family.
