Music Meditation Workshop

A free Music Meditation Workshop will take place Sep. 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Massage and Yoga Studio, Bldg. 2899 on Pulaski Barracks. 

Registration open from now until the day of the event. 

Participants should bring:

• comfortable clothing
• a mat
• a water bottle
• headphones or earbuds, and a way to play their preferred music.
