The Java Café at Rhine Ordnance Barracks will celebrate National Dog Day on Aug. 26 with a special offer for visiting pet owners.
- The event, called Pup’s and Cup’s, will run from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the café in Bldg. 273.
- Customers who purchase any coffee will receive a free “puppuccino” for their dog, provided the pet is present.
- The promotion aims to highlight and appreciate the installation’s four‑legged family members.
