The competition is open to:
- Military civilian
- Local national ID cardholders
- Must be aged 18 and older.
Participants must register in person at the Kleber Physical Fitness Center.
- The event will follow USA Powerlifting rules and regulations
- High school students and Child & Youth Services participants are not eligible to compete.
