Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation and Baumholder Outdoor Recreation have teamed up to make it easier for you to celebrate New Years in “The Venice of the North”!  The same adventures begin at your choice of either Smith or Pulaski Barracks, and an early bird discount saves you $20 per person if you register before December 17th. 

Amsterdam is the place to be on New Years Eve, whether you’re young of years or young-at-heart. The Dutch know how to have a good time and Amsterdam is a gezellige (warm and friendly) host. Celebrate until the early hours of 2025, enjoying New Years Eve however you wish, and get some rest while your sober driver chauffers you back to your starting point. Before you get to Amsterdam, make sure to practice saying Gelukkig Nieuwjaar (Happy New Year) and make reservations at your choice of dining and entertainment venues. Amsterdam is a popular New Years destination and many restaurants and events will sell out early.

  • On or prior to Monday, December 16: $99 per person
  • On or after Tuesday, December 17: $129 per person

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours prior to trip departure will receive a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • There is no refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure.
     
  • In the event that a customer cancellation results in a fee charged to Outdoor Recreation, regardless of the date of or reason for that cancellation, the total sum of those fees will be passed along to the customer.
