     * Lemon chicken with roasted potatoes, porcini mushroom cream sauce
        and caramelized carrots.

     * Baked fillet of Atlantic salmon with tomato-mango salsa, rice pilaf with
        lemongrass infused sprouts and sugar snaps.

     * vegetarian lasagna with tomato sauce and fresh parsley.

   ** Each meal includes a bottle of sparkling wine, caprese tomato mozzarella
       with aged balsamic and caipirinha jelly, as well as a dessert of marbled
       mouse au chocolate, a strawberry tiramisu with ground coffee beans and
