Whether you choose to participate in the Christopher Street Day festivities or not, there is always a lot to do in Berlin.  History buffs can visit Checkpoint Charlie and the remnants of the Berlin Wall. You could spend the day in Charlottenburg, shopping at the exclusive stores on Kurfürstendamm and enjoying Berlin Zoo.  Or, you can check out the view of the once divided city from the top of the TV tower or the glass dome of the Reichstag! There is no set schedule or tour guide to follow on this day trip to Germany’s vibrant and exciting capital city.  

This year’s 46th annual Christopher Street Day parade with the theme of “Only strong together – for democracy and diversity” begins at noon at the corner of Leipzigerstrasse and Spittelmarkt, making its way through Potsdamer Platz and the Strasse des 17 Juni before arriving at Brandenberg Gate in the afternoon.  Famous for its party atmosphere, the event at Brandenberg Gate will continue until midnight and features artistic and musical acts on its stage.

Any day is a good day to visit Berlin, but Christopher Street Day only happens once a year.  Reserve your space at Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation today!

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours prior to trip departure will receive a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • There is no refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure.
     
  • In the event that a customer cancellation results in a fee charged to Outdoor Recreation, regardless of the date of or reason for that cancellation, the total sum of those fees will be passed along to the
