Bodybuilding & Figure Invitational

Patrons from all over Europe are invited to participate or watch the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Bodybuilding and Fitness Invitational hosted by Family and MWR at the Kaiserslautern High School.

Come out and demonstrate your muscularity, fitness and strength! Or, just stop by to witness this spectacular show and encourage the participants who have worked hard to lose weight, get in shape, and shred their bodies for this extreme fitness competition!

Athlete categories will include Women's Bikini, Women's Figure, Men's Physique and Men's Bodybuilding. Judging criteria will be based on strength, conditioning, muscularity and overall stage presentation.

Participant Eligibility:

• Open to all US I.D. card holders; all active duty military, DoD civilians, and family members
• Ages 18 and older
• Must register by June 21st  in order to compete

Come out and show your support for the men and women competitors! Training for both bodybuilding and figure competitions involves intense workouts and very strict diets. It demonstrates extreme dedication and motivation to tone and build these perfect physiques!

• Trophies will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place in each weight/height division, plus overall award for men and women
• Invitational viewing (spectators): Open to all military ID card holders and their guests
