A FREE Civilian Fitness Program Fair for Federal Civilians and Local National employees will be held from 11 am - 1 pm, Sep. 16 at the Sembach Fitness Center, Bldg. 105 on Sembach Kaserne. The Civilian Fitness Program affords individuals three hours per week during work hours to maintain overall health and well-being. Health Professionals, nutritional consultants and fitness instructors will be available for consultation.
