The USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Fitness, Athletics and Aquatics Team is hosting a Free Dog Jog on Sep. 21 starting at 9 a.m. and ending at noon at Landstuhl Physical Fitness Center, Bldg. 3720 on Landstuhl Post. Registration starts at 9 a.m. at the Landstuhl Fitness Center. Run Starts at 10 a.m.
This event promotes physical fitness, wellness, and offers a wholesome recreational activity in the Kaiserslautern Military Community to all its members including the 4-legged ones!
Our dogs have a great impact on our health, and this event is a great opportunity to enjoy an outdoor fitness activity and include your canine friend. Participants can run or walk the distance. Dogs, strollers, and families are welcomed.
First, second and third place finishers in the male, female and kids categories will receive medals!
