Forest Bathing Workshop Registration

Forest Bathing, a two‑hour “Shinrin Yoku” workshop at Wildpark at Leibnizstrasse 2, in Kaiserslautern.

• This program guides participants through mindful, device‑free immersion in nature, including a forest walk, meditation and journaling. 
• The workshop introduces core forest‑bathing practices.
• Attendees ages 18 and older
• Participants are encouraged to bring water, snacks and a blanket.
