Another night of laughs is set to happen on Friday, Oct. 13 at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. The Comedy Show starts at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

  • Cost is $10 at the bar.
  • Snacks and popcorn are available now.

Local Comedian Erin Crouch will host the show, which will also feature Headliner Kendra Borgen, whose show with Erin “Gone Girls: Alaskans in Exile” was a sold-out success in February 2023 in Wiesbaden.

Feature Joel Bryant is a recognizable actor from many TV, film, and commercial spots such as “Monk,” “The Heartbreak Kid,” “LA Macabre,” and “Criminal Minds.”

Joel Bryant is a Los Angeles-based comedian who first stepped onstage at 17 years old in his hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico and has been a comedy vagabond ever since, touring around the country and throughout Europe (headlining such places as Paris, Barcelona, Vienna, Lisbon, Budapest and Berlin). He’s shared the stage with such names as Bill Burr, Jim Jeffries, Leslie Jones, Anthony Jeselnik, Iliza Schlesinger and many more. He's also a recognizable actor from many TV, film and commercial spots ("Monk," "The Heartbreak Kid," “LA Macabre," “Criminal Minds,” among others). He’s emceed for the NFL for the last 7 Super Bowls, hosts a huge variety of charity and corporate events and has played extensively in the Middle East for the troops. You will always find him, luggage nearby, making them laugh from the darkest wine cellars of Paris to the swankiest corporate events in Singapore to the diviest bars in Berlin to the classic clubs like The Comedy Store, The Improv, The Laugh Factory, The StandNY and Gotham. His translatable style, audience interaction and off-the-cuff energy make him a go-to on stages from big theaters to churches and backyards.

Born into a Reagan-era hunter-gatherer society in Alaska, Kendra Borgen, inspired by the musical stylings of Lisa Simpson, began playing saxophone at age 8. In search of a better life, she bought a one-way ticket to Amsterdam in 2004 and never looked back. She has performed in the Manchester Women in Comedy Festival, Utrecht Comedy Festival, Boom Chicago Amsterdam and runs a weekly showcase in central Amsterdam. Her show with Erin Crouch, "Gone Girls: Alaskans in Exile," was a sell-out success at the WEC in Wiesbaden in Feb 2023
