Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation and Baumholder Outdoor Recreation have teamed up to make it even easier for you to visit the best Christmas Markets in the area!  The same adventures begin at your choice of either Smith or Pulaski Barracks, and an early bird discount makes your Christmas Market experience more affordable for the whole family.

Go Christmas shopping in one of the most famous and popular Christmas Markets in France! With multiple markets within walking distance of each other, the Christmas market in Metz is not to be missed. When the days get short and the smells of chestnuts and hot mulled wine fill the air, the city centre is transformed into a Christmas village sure to captivate the crankiest of curmudgeons.

But your day isn't done yet.

Warm back up on the bus while we take you to the Winter Lights festival in Luxembourg! Decorated with more than a mile of lights, Luxembourg’s Christmas Market is a wonder to behold. Old and young alike will be delighted by the range of traditional products on sale, and of course you can also try the treats, delicacies in French, German and Luxembourgish flavors, including everybody’s favorite, Glühwein.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours prior to trip departure will receive a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • There is no refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure.
     
  • In the event that a customer cancellation results in a fee charged to Outdoor Recreation, regardless of the date of or reason for that cancellation, the total sum of those fees will be passed along to the customer.
