The Armstrong's Community Club is throwing a free New Year's Eve Black and Gold Celebration Dec. 31 from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing.
Reservations are not required.
A DJ will spin the hottest tunes to ring in "2024."
Snacks will be available.
