Visit two of the most famous Christmas markets in Germany!

Nürnberg’s “Little Town of Wood and Cloth” strict requirements on Christmas stalls and vendors ensure a traditionally non-commercial Christmas environment where plastic garland and digitized “muzak” are verboten and competition is fierce for best stall decoration.  Here you will find all the classics: Nürnberg gingerbread, fruit loaves, bakery goods and sweets, angels, ornaments and toys.  Rides and other activities will beckon from the sidelines, ensuring that nobody will be bored on this Christmas excursion.

But your day isn't done yet!

After a short bus ride warms you up and recharges your batteries, visit medieval Rothenburg o.d. Tauber, the German city most associated with Christmas.  Famous for it's medieval architecture and intact city wall, Rothenburg is also the home of Käthe Wohlfahrt's Christmas Village and well known “Reiterlesmarkt".  Don’t forget to visit the Torture and Criminal Museum and to try the local “Rothenburg Snowballs”.

This traditional Christmas experience promises to be an unforgettable experience. Reserve your seat with Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation today!
