Army Outdoor Recreation makes it easy to go skiing and snowboarding in the Alps, with convenient departures from both Smith and Pulaski Barracks.

Kick off your ski season with the ultimate winter double-header: incredible high-altitude skiing and the legendary Top of the Mountain Opening Concert! Held in late November on the famous giant open-air stage at the base of the Silvrettabahn, this massive celebration officially launches the season, featuring a soon-to-be-announced blockbuster performer.

Thanks to Ischgl's exceptional snow reliability, you can carve down pristine, early-season slopes during the day, and rock out after you come down the lifts at the end of the day. Your lift ticket is your concert ticket. It is the absolute perfect way to launch your winter with unforgettable energy both on and off the pistes!

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours prior to trip departure will receive a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • There is no refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure.
     
  • In the event that a customer cancellation results in a fee charged to Outdoor Recreation, regardless of the date of or reason for that cancellation, the total sum of those fees will be passed along to the customer.
