South African Comedian featured on the Netflix show Only Jokes Allowed, Gilli Apter, headlines the Thursday Comedy Show May 15 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. Host is Erin Crouch.

The Kazabra Club will be serving up your favorite drinks, and Shawingz is open until 8:30 p.m. for chicken wings and burgers, ensuring that your evening is as enjoyable as it is hilarious. You are able to take your food to the comedy show area.

Headliner: Gilli Apter

A comedian from South Africa, featured on the Netflix show Only Jokes Allowed. Currently based in London, Gilli is also in the midst of a European tour with her consistently sold-out solo show, The Hilarious, Deep, Amazing Comedy Show. Her confident, unique style and observations about life: relationships, AI, ADHD, kids, not-kids, the past, your future, will make you laugh too hard to realize you’re having a nervous breakdown.

Started comedy at 16 years old in his home of San Francisco, California before moving to the Big Apple. After moving to New York, Wyatt starred as Vinnie Corrales in the TV show Bettor Days on HULU, plays the lead antagonist Jones Valencia in the A&E series Chicano Squad. He has appeared on Amazon Prime, College Humor, and ESPN+.
