Valentine’s Day Celebration Dinner at the Armstrong’s Club

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with that “certain someone special” in the grand atmosphere of the Chandelier Ballroom Feb. 14 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Armstrong’s Club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing.

Cost is 45 Euros per person. Live Music will add to the grand atmosphere!

Reservations can be made until Feb. 12. Seating is at 6 p.m. and features table service, which begins at 6:30 p.m. Prix Fixe (a meal consisting of several courses served at a total fixed price).

Valentine´s Day Menu

Starter:

• Rolls with Fresh Herb Butter.

Salad:

• Colorful Salad of Carrots, Apple, and Beetroot, topped with Halloumi slices, Pumpkin Seeds, and Lemon Juice.

Main Course (Choose one):

• Pork Tenderloin stuffed with Spinach with Melted Cream Cheese, Bacon, served with Red Wine Jus, California Vegetables, and Homemade Mashed Potatoes.

• Chicken Scallopini, served with Buttery Mushroom Sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano, Grilled Asparagus, and Yellow Rice.

- OR -

• Pesto Risotto with Roasted Chickpeas and Tomatoes.

Dessert:

• Homemade Biscuit Cake with Nutella and Mascarpone, topped with Vanilla Ice Cream, Caramelized Walnuts, and Blueberries.
