Valentine’s Day Dinner at the Armstrong’s Club

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with that “certain someone special” in the grand atmosphere of the Chandelier Ballroom Feb. 14 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Armstrong’s Club.

• Cost is 42 Euros per person.
• Reservations can be made until Feb. 12.
• Seating is at 6 p.m. and features table service.
• Prix Fixe (a meal consisting of several courses served at a total fixed price).

 Menu:

• Colorful Salad-with tomatoes & buffalo mozzarella and crispy bread chips.

There are two choices for the main course.

• Braised Short Rib with glazed carrots, creamy mashed potatoes & red wine jus.
  or 
• Grilled Salmon with celery cream, wild broccoli and Beurre Blanc sauce.

Dessert

• Warm Chocolate Brownie Hearts with caramelized nuts & vanilla cherries.

Menu includes a glass of wine or champagne.
