KMC Onstage Theater is holding auditions for “The Yellow Boat” on Aug. 15 and 16 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the KMC Onstage, Bldg. 3232 on Kleber Kaserne. This will be a cold-read audition, and acting experience is not necessary. Casting multiple roles plus ensemble. Auditions are open to all ages. The story of The Yellow Boat is a glorious affirmation of a child's life and the strength and courage of all children. This dramatization is based on the true story of David and Sonja Saar's son, Benjamin, who was born with congenital hemophilia and died in 1987 at the age of 8 of AIDs-related complications.
