Yoga Basics for Everyone

Are you ready to try something new? Or would you like to join us for a two-hour yoga session and enhance your well-being? Then come and join us at our next workshop. Yoga Basics for Everyone is Saturday, Feb. 18 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Pulaski Massage and Yoga Studio, Bldg. 2899 on Pulaski Barracks. This two-hour class will cover a well-rounded yoga practice, including Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asana (yoga postures), Surya Namaskar A (Sun Salutation), and Meditation. Suitable for students at any level of yoga practice.

Workshop led by: Yoga Teacher Training Instructor Nicole Daone.

What to Bring: Your own yoga mat and water bottle. Props, hot tea, and light snacks will be provided.

Cost

$10 per person. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation Center, Bldg. 2905 (located next door to the Massage and Yoga Studio), with operating hours from Mon-Fri, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
