Join this Yoga Basics workshop on Saturday, April 22 from 10 a.m. to noon at Pulaski Massage & Yoga Studio.

In this two-hour class, you will explore the elements of yoga, including breath exercises, poses, and meditation. You'll also get an introduction to the history of yoga and how to incorporate these practices into your daily life.

  • This class is perfect for anyone who has been thinking about trying yoga or wants to get back into the practice.

Mats, props, and blankets are available, but feel free to bring your own, along with a water bottle.

  • Pre-registration is recommended, and the class is open to those ages 16 and up.

Cost

The cost is $10 and tickets can be purchased in advance at Outdoor Recreation, from Mon-Fri from 9 a.m.-6 p.m., or at any USAG RP Fitness Center.
