Youth Auditions (2 Shows - 1 Audition!)

Youth Auditions for The Sound of Music and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever

The award-winning KMC Onstage is holding one audition for two shows: The Sound of Music and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.

Auditions will be held on August 21 and 22 at 4:30 p.m. at the KMC Onstage Studio at the Kaiserslautern Community Activity Center, Bldg. 3109 on Daenner Kaserne.

Auditions are open to youth ages 6 to 18.

Vocal Audition:

• Come prepared with 32 bars (60 seconds) or less of music to sing.
• Sheet music or pre-recorded tracks on a mobile device are fine for backing.
• Those who don't have music prepared can sing Happy Birthday!

Acting Audition:

• Each auditioner will read from the script.
• Children who can't read will be offered an alternative fun acting exercise!

Shows:

Adult auditions for The Sound of Music will be held in September!
