Bring a partner or friend, water, and wear comfortable clothes.
Also, please bring an exercise ball if you have one. There will be a limited number available for use.
Topics include:
- Massage and acupressure
- Positions for labor
- Use of tools such as the birth ball
- Meditation and focusing techniques
- Aromatherapy
- Hot and cold therapies
