COVID19 MWR Bar Hygiene Rules
1. Guests displaying symptoms will be denied access
2. No dancing or any other group activity allowed
3. Maximum occupancy per room will be enforced
4. Chairs cannot be moved from tables; tables may not be put together to accommodate large groups.
5. Mask may be removed while sitting at the table.
6. Guests must sign in and out and we must record the following information (Information will be destroyed after 30 days)
a. Name
b. Address
c. Phone Number
d. Date & time of visit
7. Guests must wear masks while walking within the facility (e.g. picking up drinks/walking to restrooms).
8. Smoking is prohibited
9. Please follow proper coughing & sneezing etiquette (Crook of arm)
10. Proper Physical distancing in bar area will be observed for pickup of drinks (mask required)
11. No mingling with other guests around bar, restrooms, or other common areas.
