Services and Fees

 

For all 5 Fitness Center locations: Rhine Ordnance Barracks (ROB) Fitness Center, Kleber Fitness Center, Landstuhl Fitness Center, Sembach Fitness Center and Miesau Fitness Center.
 

1 Session - $45

5 Session Package - $37 each

10 Session Package - $35 each 
 

All of the instructors are nationally certified. Just contact each one and determine who best fits your schedule and personal goals. You may need a physician's clearance. Sessions are 55 minutes to 1 hour long and are arranged between you and the personal trainer. Sessions may include cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility and wellness coaching.
