Lapsit Storytime, for newborns to nine-month-olds, returns in September and will be held every Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Landstuhl Library, Bldg. 3810 on Landstuhl Post.
This is an early literacy experience with reading, singing and rhyming. It is also an opportunity to network with other caregivers and their little ones.
